MACRO Industries offers a complete package of Finite Element (FE)
tools to meet your modeling needs. The backbone of this package is the
analysis workhorse MI/NASTRAN, a proprietary version of the industry
standard NASTRAN that represents the combined efforts of MACRO
Industries and Schaeffer Software Systems to provide a robust and
powerful PC version of NASTRAN.
MI/NASTRAN is a full featured* version of NASTRAN limited only by
your computer's memory and disk space. We don't hold back things like
thermal or nonlinear capabilities like the competition. If NASTRAN
supports it, MI/NASTRAN gives it to you - all at one reasonable price.
For your pre and post processing needs, we are a reseller of the
FEMAP modeling system. FEMAP is a very powerful modeling package for a
small price. It works extremely well with MI/NASTRAN and is the package

* Note: Due to the transitional nature of the initial release
of MI/NASTRAN, only statics, normal modes, and buckling are currently
available. However, the last released version of ME/NASTRAN is included as part of this release and it does have all capabilities. Additional
capabilities will be added to MI/NASTRAN with each release until all
capabilities are provided
